Recognizing the needs and relationships of all stakeholders in a distressed asset sale is crucial for crafting an effective sales process. GBB Advisors has participated in some of the largest distressed agricultural asset sales in the country. Our analysis begins with a broker opinion of value of all included assets - these may include real property, business values, FF&E, existing contracts, and a review of AR/AP.  GBB will review the court order and work with attorneys and advisors to create a custom sales process - not all distressed asset sales are the same. Our process ends with the delivery of a documented sales process package to all stakeholders.

GBB will execute the court approved sales process including marketing, vetting buyers, analysis of offers/bids, managing the overbid process, managing any auction process, and guiding all properties through the due diligence and escrow process.
